PROJECT DESCRIPTION

How can you get used to weightlessness? Find out with Bouncing Floor: inspired by the NASA Airwalk Body Suspension System, it’s a metal structure holding a treadmill, permitting the person using it to lose part of their weight by means of a system of counter-weights. Hooked up to a cable, it’s possible to try walking in different low-weight conditions, simulating scenes on either Mars, where we weigh 2.65 less, or on the Moon, where our body is about a sixth of its normal weight.
